Research Paper Thesis Statement Help?

I can’t seem to figure out how to write my thesis statement. My paper is about being against teenagers getting cosmetic surgery. My supporting points are the health risks, they never learn the meaning of true beauty, and the financial problems. And I’m looking for a point to replace the financial one. Any ideas would be awesome. I’m just drawing a blank.
