Is there a cosmetic surgery where you can get small threaded holes drilled into your skull?

i’m wondering if there’s a surgery where i can get threaded holes drilled into my head, which i can then screw cat ears and the like into them.
what i’m actually asking is if this has been done before, and what it would cost.
