Serious Question: What kind of cosmetic surgeries can a guy get so he’ll be more desirable for job openings?

I want to be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) someday, and I don’t look great, at all.
Also, I’m brown, so that’s like -10 on the attractiveness scale already.
But everyone knows that handsome & beautiful people are never ever unemployed, so what can I do to look good?
Since you asked a serious question, here’s a serious answer:
If you actually consider cosmetic surgery, most reputable surgeons will assess you first, to determine if you’re a good candidate. If s/he determines that you expect cosmetic surgery to fix all of your problems and radically change your life, you will NOT be considered a good candidate.
If you have a feature that you feel is actually disfiguring, or makes you extremely uncomfortable, then — by all means — change it! Just know that there’s no way to surgically alter your own self-image.
By the way, being brown is most certainly NOT a detriment to one’s attractiveness! It is an absolute asset.
If you’re looking for a way to enhance your self-esteem, why don’t you try exercise and body-building? It’s certainly healthier, and the benefits will last a lifetime.
