To anyone who is undder 18 and has a tattoo can you please email me at beth_cruz@hotmail.co.uk and tell me what parlour, because i know people under 18 have tattoos but i just dont know where
And to be quite honest having to be 18 instead of 16 is a really dumb law, since im legal to catch HIV another way, and im aloud to be pregnant, and, im aloud cosmetic surgery ect ect
So the fact im not aloud to express myself with a permenent piece of art is ridiculous
And my parents are willing to supervise and give consent
So i dont wanna here all your opinions because i really dont care, this is an important tattoo and its important that i get it now.
Even if its a parlour somewhere outside of Essex
Or derbyshire

Yes unfortunately the law is different here, my mom has been calling around and even a firned of hers is a tattooist and said no, which i totally dont get
Here in America the law is if your parents give consent and sign for permission you can get a Tattoo or piercing. I am just curious is the law different there? You may want to get your parents to call around for you and ask, they may be able to get a better answer for you. Good luck.
