Cosmetic surgery finance?

I am currently searching for a job and I want to get surgery.Should I wait till I get a job and save up to afford it or should I try to get a loan and pay it back when I get a job. What’s the best option?

get a job first. and save up. other wise if u get a loan u have to pay it back later and pay intrest. dont pay for somthing u dont have the money to pay for.
