Cosmetic Surgery Feet
what would you do in this situation? surgery to correct it or not?
so my baby was born with webbed toes (his second and third toes on both feet are fused). they are not fused completely to the top…one foot is about halfway and the other foot is about 75% up to the top. now i personally think that it is the cutest thing i have ever seen in my life lol but then again…i am his mother!!
if this was your baby would you have them surgically fixed? i am not sure cuz i really think it would be completely cosmetic and unnecessary…but just wanna get some input from others. thanks
My cousin had the same dilemma only hers was her son was born with 2 thumbs on 1 hand.
I personally think if it is not going to hinder him in anyway leave it be. Why make him suffer through surgery, recovery, and all the pain for nothing? Now if it is going to cause him problems, then and only then would I look into getting it fixed.
For the record my cousin’s little boy did not get his extra thumb removed, and all the boys in his class thinks it’s the coolest thing ever.
